PRIVATE LUXURY BEACH VILLA NEAR TULUM

Our 3-bedrooms luxury villa in the Sian Kaan reserve was designed by famous Italian architects De Carlo Gualla. Enjoy the complete privacy of your own tropical jungle of two acres. You’ll have the Caribbean sea at your front and a tranquil lagoon at your back. The property is completely ecological and auto-sufficient, using the latest alternative energy technologies to minimize the impact on the environment, but without taking away all the modern comforts.

The property has many open areas and terraces where you can relax in privacy. Enjoy the sunrise over the sea or the sunset over the lagoon. You can swim on your private beach or in the fresh water pool. There are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The king size master bedroom suite has it’s own private terrace with 360 views. The two guest rooms have balconies overlooking the sea and the lagoon. There is an extra room with a smaller bath for a nanny or children. There are two dining areas but you may choose to dine anywhere on the property or picnic on the beach.

You may also choose to take advantage of our concierge service. Our concierge can arrange your airport transfers, spa treatments and reservations for meals or unique excursions in the area. We can help you maximize your time for the beach and relaxation by helping you plan your vacation before you arrive. The cuisine of the house is of the freshest ingredients and a fusion of the Italian owners and the local Mayan cook. We can also tailor meals to fit your specific tastes or diet. Other options are the fine restaurants lining the beach along the Boca Paila Peninsula just minutes away. There are many more restaurants, cafes and bars in the town of Tulum which is a 25 minute drive from the house. For fashion, shopping and serious nightlife Playa del Carmen is about an hour away.
